How to Save Facebook Leads to a CRM with No Coding

***Please note that Integromat evolved into Make in February 2022. All content for Integromat is also valid for Make.***

If you are in the lead gen business, you’ve probably tried running Facebook Lead Ads at some point. Generating the leads on Facebook is one thing, but processing the leads further is another one. In this article, I will show you how to pass your Facebook leads to your CRM without any coding.

The Magic

The key thing in our process will be Integromat – it’s a no-code platform which allows you to connect over 900 online services with each other. Of course, Integromat supports Facebook Lead Ads forms as well as a long list of CRMs.

The main supported CRMs are:

  • Pipedrive
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Zoho CRM
  • Sugar
  • Freshworks
  • Caflou
  • ActiveCampaign (yea well, this is a merger of a CRM and of a emailing solution)
  • Infusionsoft (same as the above)
  • …and many more

Pipedrive Example

Integromat makes it really easy for users to get going quickly. You can choose a template, add your connections within the template wizard and be ready in less than 10 minutes. Here is one template example for Pipedrive:

What this template does is that it:

  1. Listens for new leads on Facebook
  2. Creates new person in Pipedrive when a new lead comes
  3. And assigns the lead (=deal in the Pipedrive world) to the new person created in the previous step

Other Available Templates

Aside from the Pipedrive example, there are few more ready-t0-be-used templates when it comes to processing Facebook leads into a CRM (or into an emailing solution)

The list of all templates for Facebook Lead Ads can be found here.

Conclusion

One would think that you’d need a programmer to deal with Facebook APIs to start ingesting leads from Facebook into your CRM but that’s no longer the case thanks to Integromat and their templates which can be used by people with zero coding skills within minutes.
